Most of our items are made to order.
Orders are usually shipped within 4-14 business days (custom made items take about 7-14 days to make).
Orders are shipped by registered airmail with a tracking code.
Shipping from Israel usually take 2-3 weeks, delivery times are estimated, a delay may occur by post, custom, or holiday.
It is the buyer's responsibility to pay any taxes that customs might claim.

All jewelry is hand made. There might be a slight differences from the images.
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
** Please note that for sale items you will receive store credit and NOT a refund.
** There are no returns for sale items from International customers.
** There are no refunds/returns for Gift Cards.
To start a return process, you need to contact us at email@example.com.
We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, and we take no responsibility on them.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
You will be credited in full with the exception of all shipping costs.
It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your payment method, minus 5%, or 100NIS (the lowest between the two). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
